I have been cooking all my life and for years people asked me why I never started my own restaurant. Honestly, I had other things I needed to do before I could have a restaurant. I needed to raise my family.
After I raised my family, the kitchen is where anyone that knew me could find me all the time. I decided that it was time for me to step out on faith and set up my dream kitchen. Hence the idea for Veronica's Dream.
